Sweet Potato Salad

Peel the potatoes, cut and boil in salted water until cooked but not too soft. Drain, and when still warm sprinkle with the spices (1 tsp of smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp of cumin, 1/2 a tsp of turmeric and salt and pepper to taste. Whilst they cool off, make the dressing by mixing the juice, oil and mustard. Set aside. Chop the tomatoes, the rucola and mix in the dressing. Add everything to the potatoes, mix well and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
