Chia, Coconut and Raspberry Jars

A lovely summery confection, easy to make and good for you as well.

  • Yield : makes 2 jars

Instructions

Mix the coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla and honey together Taste to test sweetness and correct to your liking. Add the chia, stir and rest for at least 2 hours. Serve in jars topped with fresh raspberries. Ideal for breakfast.
