 We’re surrounded by them, elegant tall and blowing in the wind.. but what do we do with them that doesn’t require a degree in culinary science…










BBQ'd Artichokes

Slice the artichokes in half. Place in a bowl of water with lemon squeezed in whilst cutting the remainder. Steam the artichokes (or gently boil) until tender. To serve, make a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Brush the artichokes
